Coffee Glyasse

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of ice cream (vanilla, chocolate or coffee)
1 table spoon of the chocolate syrup
1 cup of the cold coffee
2 table spoons of the sweet whipped cream
1 tea spoon of the crumbled sugar-candy

Recipe Properties:

Fill 1/3 of wine glass with ice cream. Add chocolate syrup and cold coffee. Decorate with whipped cream and crumbled sugar-candy.

 
Mediterranean coffee

Ingredients:

8 cups of freshly prepared strong coffee
1/3 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of chocolate syrup
4 rods of cinnamon
1-1/2 tea spoon of carnation
1/2 tea spoon of the seeds of anise
1/2 cup of whipped cream Sliced orange and lemon

Recipe Properties:

Mix the first six components in the small can. Take it to the boiling condition and sharply diminish fire so that the coffee would slightly boil, until it welds. Spill into the coffee cups, fill cups with whipped cream, put the slices of lemon and orange on top.

 
"Black Beauty"

Ingredients:

40 g. of dark rum

150 g. of black coffee

2 tea-spoons of sugar

Recipe Properties:

Put crushed ice into the large cocktail glass. Add sugar.  Pour with rum and then add black coffee. Shake well.
