Comment: It's a quality product from Krups which gives lots of froth! Sometimes too much. If you are not experienced capuchino maker this product is right for you.

Summary: Back to the old frother
Comment: Krups has been installing a hard plastic cover on the frother wand of their recent models. This technology is neither as effective nor as resilient as the old "perfect froth" attachment. My hard plastic one broke within two weeks, and sending it back to Krups elicited no response at all, so I just bought the "perfect froth" attachment, and it works fine.

Summary: designed to have to be replaced again!
Comment: I'm a long time user of the Caffe Bistro combination coffee-and-espresso maker from Krups. I love this machine, but I'm not so fond of the attachment necessary to do the frothing. Maybe it's just me, but I tend to misplace the little black cap at the top of the attachment, and once that happens, frothing becomes a lot less efficient. Which then means an extra $15 shelled out for espresso foam. There are greater tragedies in life, to be certain, but this one is distinctly irritating.
