My order was placed on Saturday April 8. It was shipped out on April 11, and I received it on April 13. Customer service was very nice and gracious. Amazon did not have the tracking information on their website, so I contacted First Colony via their 800 number. The customer service representative gave me the tracking number, date of shipment, and date of delivery. The product arrived in excellent condition, and it was exactly as described. I would recommend this product and this company to anyone. I have never seen such outstanding customer service and delivery.
