Comment: Unless you like sludge in your coffee do not buy this. With either home ground or coarse ground store bought there is a layer of sediment on bottom of carafe. works good if you like to pour out last one half inch of coffee.

Comment: We've been using this filter in our Mr. Coffee ECM21 combination espresso n' coffee machine and have had no problems whatsoever in all this time. The filter is gentle yet strong, doesn't smell or anything, looks good, comes with its own handle and very easy to clean.
Nice Product and a lot of bang for its buck!!!

Comment: Nice substitution for paper filters. Plastic trim probably doesn't improve taste of coffee, but I haven't seen any alternative.

Comment: I think this filter is mainly for machines made by Mr. Coffee. It doesn't sit quite right with my coffee maker. Other than that, it does what it's supposed to do for decent enough price at $10.
