Summary: truly better than Starbucks
Comment: There is not much to say other than this: espresso that tastes better than Starbucks, costs only 60 cents per cup and can be made anytime from the convenience of your own kitchen counter is what you get with this machine. It is tidy, small, stylish and perfectly designed. My two year old pushed the brew button a few times and instead of a mess on the counter, all the extra water drains back into an easy-to-clean reservoir.
The pods are delivered quickly, and ordering them through Nespresso's website is fairly straightforward. And now the machine is only $200.00! I bought it at $250.00 and I still think it was totally worth it.
This is the perfect, low-maintenance machine for casual coffee lovers.

Summary: You don't get the frother...
Comment: I ordered this product and the frother isn't included. A rep from Amazon told me to order another, keep the frother and return the Nespresso Machine. Once again, no frother and two machines. SO, I had to return both and was told that this product with description would be removed, yet here it is again for the same price with the same vague wording in the description. I wouldn't order it. Plus, the warmers on the side of the Nespresso machine are a little lack-luster. I think you would be better off with a cheaper machine and ordering the additional frother from another company.

Summary: GREAT Espresso, but make sure to compare the specs!
Comment: Below is my review of the Nespresso machine, and I love it. Couldn't be better and I highly recommend it. ONE THING THOUGH: make sure you compare the specs of the machine you buy, before you make the purchase. I bought the more expensive "cube" assuming it was better in some way (more power! yeah!) But it isn't. At the time I bought my cube, it was identical in spec (pump size, pressure, volume, etc.) to the other, cheaper machines offered. The only difference was form factor. So... if you're gonna get a nespresso, and I HOPE YOU DO, make sure choose which model to buy for the right reasons.
With all the new style espresso machines on the market (Tassimo, Keurig, Flavia, etc.) I was convinced that Nespresso was more of the same: a set of stylish gimmicks designed to convince you that this "espresso" (though not real at all) was "the real thing." It never is.
Which is why the Nespresso is so great. It IS the REAL THING. The capsules contain nothing more than espresso coffee grounds. The machine is simply an automated and miniaturized "real" espresso rig. And the results speak for themselves:
-- full bodied crema like you get from the best barista
-- speedy and HOT cups of espresso
-- the espresso produced is crisp and clear, full bodied, and smooth
-- my Sicilian wife and all her relatives (numerous, and mostly named "Maria" "Antonina" and "Dominic") all fully approve of the espresso that comes out. Comparing is to "Nonna's" would be sacrilege, but although those words have not been spoken yet, I am conviced the thought has crossed a couple minds. :-)
-- all this in under 30 seconds and within a square foot of counter space.
The frothing unit that comes with the machine is nothing short of black magic. I have NO IDEA what it does or how it does it, but the results will amaze you. And the best part is it's easy to clean: no sticky milk mess left behind to make you wonder who's gonna get sick first.
Coffee for this machine is 55 cents per cup, and Nespresso delivers online orders with astonishing speed (which is good, because you can't get the coffee from anyone else!). A bit pricey, but in this case you DO get what you pay for... and then some.

Comment: I have had a Le Cube for months and love the thing.
Everyone that comes by my house loves it too.
Its awesome, as are the coffees.
But I need to make a point about how bad Nespresso's website, website support, and capsule fulfillment is. Its awful.
Why should you care? Because as an owner of a Nespresso you will need to order capsules regularly from this site - they don't sell them on Amazon (infuriating) - or anywhere else - period (well, except for a handful of their 'boutiques' in major metropolitan cities).
The Nespresso site at [...] is a confusing over-design of flash nonsense that is very difficult to navigate. It also autoplays music when you load it, which is, like, beyond obnoxious - what is this 1998? It reminds me of when print designers were originally dragged into web design.
If you can figure out where to order the capsules, you will need to create a 'membership' in their 'club'. This would not be so annoying except there is absolutely no benefit to you - they don't even remember your payment settings (!?), so every month when you have to order more capsules you have to take out your credit card and enter all the info over again.
I have left Nespresso notes on orders about these complaints, but they do not respond.
This Christmas I asked everyone to get me Nespresso capsules - but no one did, because they couldn't figure out the freaking website and didn't want to create a 'club membership' just to send a one-time gift. My mom even tried ordering by phone but just gave up. Again, ANY of my relatives could have taken care of this EASILY with their existing Amazon account.
The capsules come in very elaborate cardboard packaging sleeves, even when you order in bulk (I order about 200 at a time). Its both a pain to unpack them all and a terrible waste of paper. I know all the capsules by color now, I would love to just order them loose-packed so I don't have to dispose of all the cardboard.
Most of these complaints would be a non-issue if Nespresso would simply use distributors - at the very least, you should be able to buy the capsules from Amazon.
I order from Amazon regularly and am a prime member and would love to just add some coffee onto my orders, it would be so simple. But I have to go to this one special website every month and type in my credit card information over and over. Its a pain.
Nespresso, your website is a black eye for a product which is otherwise outstanding. Please use distributors for your capsules for the convenience of your customers.
