Hand made heavy duty brass grinder with carved designs. It has a very sturdy mechanism with a thick steel rod (3/8") running through it. Handle folds and fits inside the grinder and coarseness can be adjusted. Excellent for Turkish coffee but also makes an awesome black pepper grinder as well! By the way, there are very few people left in the world that still makes these kind of grinders. They are built to last for a very long time.

Summary: Nice but not very adjustable
Comment: I like the look and the mecahnics of this device other than I couldn't adjust it to any size grind less fine than powder. It's very nice looking and well made. I was hoping for a portable coffee grinder to take camping and this won't do very well for that. I'm sure it would make a wonderful pepper grinder or, if you only want to do Turkish coffee it will grind coffee perfectly for that.
